We are the data controller and to offer the services provided we work with several data processors.

We require multiple data processors for unique purposes.

  • Google because our email services run through G Suites.
  • MailChimp? as they manage our newsletter service and autoresponders.
  • Google Analytics Cookies installed so we can report on which content is performing well and which isn’t so we can continually improve our messaging.
  • Siteground, who host our website. The only data we store on our website database are WordPress comments.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Do we exchange information with others?

Can I find out what information you have about me?

If you believe we have any personal information stored you can contact us via our contact page to request it’s deletion.

If we can locate any of your personal data we will delete it as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours though please allow up to 7 days.

IP Addresses

An IP address is an ID used by your computer when you connect to the internet. This is a number that is used by other computers on a network to identify your computer. IP addresses are collected automatically by our web server and Google Analytics.

Email Information

We store email addresses if you:

a) Contacted us via email. In which case your email address and the contents of any messages you have sent us will be stored in our email server. This is managed by Google. This is separate from our mailing list and does not mean you have opted in to receive automated messages from us.

b) You have signed up for our newsletter.

If you wish to remove your email address and other data from either of the above all you have to do is ask and we will make sure it’s taken care of with the utmost urgency.

Email is purely used as a method to keep our insiders up to date and share great content in a timely manner.
