Team Works Services
- Team Works Free Workshops: Team Works provides two free workshops each month on the first Wednesday night (7 p.m. - 9 p.m.) and third Saturday morning (9 a.m. - 11 a.m.). The free workshops are group question-and-answer discussion periods moderated by attorneys and Dr. Deena L. Stacer.

- Team Works also sponsers the High-Conflict Intervention Program, which is moderated by Dr. Deena Stacer. The High-Conflict Intervention Program focuses on strageies to develop effective communication with the other parent and to greatly enhance a parent's relationship with their children. The High-Conflict Invervention Program meets on Tuesday nights in Rancho Bernardo. The class meets from 7 p.m. through 9 p.m. and there is a $35 charge per class.

- Team Works provides affordable access to the San Diego County family legal system. Our primary services involve both "mini" and "maxi" mediation services:
  - "Mini" Mediation: This service involves filing and preparation of settlement papers for a dissolution of marriage. The service includes meeting with an attorney / mediator (~ 1.5 - 2 hrs) and either both or an individual spouse to prepare the case for filing and settlement and to discuss mediation strategies.   - "Maxi" Mediation: This service is different from "Mini" mediation in that the spouses will meet jointly, at least twice, with both Jefferson L. Stacer and Deena L.
